The shopping cart supports shipping to many (but not all) countries. If your country is not listed, please contact us for a shipping quote and we will get back to you quickly.

In awaiting a reply, please keep in mind any time-zone differences. Also, while our discounted UPS/DHL rates offer both reliable and fast shipment, we can usually use the post office for small and low-cost items where you don't need tracking or insurance. Check with us for rates and availability.

Even though you can place a credit card or Paypal order online for any amount, there are transaction limits and we will need a wire transfer for transactions over $1500. We also require an authorization form to be filled out and faxed back to us for credit card payments. You can find more details on the payment page.

We will let you know when your items will ship, which in most cases will be within 24 hours. If items you have ordered are stocked at different locations, we will need to consolidate your order which will result in a delay of up to 4 business days. This can usually be expedited at an additional shipping cost.

We provide technical support for most products we sell. If you require an exchange, our usual Terms and Conditions apply. The exception for international exchanges is that we do not cover return shipping for items that cannot be shipped via the post office (which include high cost or weight items). In most cases, we can simply exchange the defective part of a storage system to minimize shipping costs. Also, all our storage units are burn-in tested at least for 24 hours before shipment so defect rates are extremely low.
