3.0 Gbps SATA II support
Two eSATA connectors, through the use of port multiplier
Compatible with all SATA hard drives, from 80GB to 1.5TB and beyond
Requires the use of a Silicon Image 3124 (or better) series controller, such as our 4 eSATA port controller.
10 hotswap trays with drive activity indicators. (Please note that RAID sets with more than 5 drives require the use of RAID facilities built into the operating system as Silicon Image software will only accommodate up to 5 drives in a RAID set). The HighPoint 2314 however will support up to 16 drives in a single RAID set.
