However, at this time, our shopping cart is not configured for countries outside the United States & Canada. You will need to contact us so we can evaluate on an individual basis. First, send us an email with the products you are interested in and where you are located, and we will get back to you. In awaiting a reply, please keep in mind any time-zone differences. + + + If you are approved, we will quote you a total that includes shipping. We usually use Fedex, but offer discounted shipping rates. Next, we will arrange for the payment method, which could be wire transfer or credit card. We may require an authorization form to be filled out and faxed back to us for credit card payments. We will also let you know when your items will ship out, which in most cases will be within 24 hours. We provide technical support for most of the products that we sell. If you require an exchange, our usual Terms and Conditions apply. The exception for international exchanges is RMA returns weighing over 10lbs. In that case, we will exchange only the defective parts, where applicable. If you would like to exchange the entire unit, additional shipping costs will apply. |
