Yes, we ship to Australia.

Our Australian customers shop here for two main reasons:

availability - many products are not available locally.
low prices - volume buying leads to better discounts.

However, at this time, our shopping cart is not configured for countries outside the United States & Canada. Do not worry, this page will explain our policies for shipping to Australia.

First, make a list of the products you are interested in. If you have questions, please contact us by email, and we will be happy to address your concerns and determine exactly what you need. While the time difference is a factor (we are ~16 hours behind) we will respond to your emails promptly. If you email us very early in the morning, you will probably get an immediate reply.

Next, email us a list of your items for a price quote including shipping. We usually use Fedex, but offer discounted shipping rates. You will want to specify the products, your address, and your preferred payment method, which could be wire transfer or credit card. We may require an authorization form to be filled out and faxed back to us for credit card payments. We will also let you know when your items will ship out, which in most cases will be within 24 hours.

We provide technical support for most of the products that we sell. If you require an exchange, our usual Terms and Conditions apply. The exception for international exchanges is RMA returns weighing over 10lbs. In that case, we will exchange only the defective parts, where applicable. If you would like to exchange the entire unit, additional shipping costs will apply.
